It is a European Standard formulated by the European Committee for Standardization (French:Comité Européen de Normalisation-CEN).

Standards are a sign of the level of industry development.

Standards are an open and transparent thing. With standards, both producers and consumers have a clear understanding of raw materials, quality, performance, and so on of a commodity, which in fact makes the "contractual" relationship of commodity transactions more definitive, making the rights and obligations of both parties clearer.

While China's GRC industry is developing rapidly, it should pay more attention to the quality of development. We create an orderly market competition environment by improving the standardized behavior of the GRC industry so that standards are the foundation of market order.

Promoting industrial upgrading through standard optimization has proven to be the only way for industrial development in industrial countries. In today’s rapidly advancing economic globalization and information, the status and role of standards are becoming increasingly important. For many years, Western European countries such as Britain, France, Germany, and the United States have attached great importance to the issue of standardization. At present, our government encourages the direct adoption or reference of international standards and advanced foreign standards in the formulation of standards, promoting the integration of our standards with international standards, thereby improving our standard level and driving technological and economic development.
